A short discovery call. We take the role only if we can genuinely fill it — and we say so honestly if we can't.

The shortlist

Three to five pre-qualified candidates within the week. Each one vetted against the brief — no speculative CVs.

The interview

We book into your diary, prep the candidate properly, and handle feedback both ways — honestly and quickly.

Step 04

The placement

Offer negotiated, contract signed, onboarding supported. We follow up at week one and month one to make sure it sticks.
